The optional QPSMR CATI add-on really is different. Interviewers work through a friendly, screen-driven workflow, so there is no need to learn complex script syntax. Its lean design minimises data traffic between interviewer stations and the server, reducing hardware costs and your dependency on ultra-reliable connections. Built-in supervisor tools let you control sample, monitor productivity and give the right level of access to project managers, questionnaire authors, analysts and telephone interviewers.
Use QPSMR on its own – or alongside other tools
Prefer to analyse elsewhere? No problem. QPSMR outputs clean data to the formats research teams rely on: Triple-S, SPSS, Excel, CSV, ASCII, binary and more. You can re-format layouts to match client specifications, and QPSMR passes full texts and data through when exporting to MRDCL, Triple-S and SPSS, saving rework and transcription errors.

Our licence terms
We sell two types of QPSMR licences. These are QPSMR Companion licences with and without the CATI (computer-assisted telephone interviewing) module.
The standard QPSMR Companion licence is sold as a single-user licence or as a multi-user licence. Licences are sold on a location basis. You would need two licences for two offices in different locations although multi-site licences are heavily discounted. This product is the core product which allows you to enter data, edit and manage data and run tabulations. For a small extra fee, there is an ‘Extended’ features QPSMR Companion for power users who want to take advantage of some additional features. These include bulk edits to questions such as adding or changing codes, applying mean scores or adding sub-totals to variables for a number of rating statements.
The CATI add-on module comes with all the QPSMR Companion software including its ‘Extended’ features and allow unlimited users at a specific location. Multi-site licences are available with large discounts. The price of a CATI licence is based on the number of stations from which CATI surveys are being conducted.
Users of QPSMR are allowed to use and distribute any number of Resolve Base licences free of charge. This will allow your colleagues and clients to carry secondary analysis and produce charts from surveys processed in QPSMR. Resolve Premium is available a small extra fee.
Our pricing explained
QPSMR is a competitively-priced product for collecting data from paper and telephone surveys. It includes a powerful data management and tabulation system, capable of producing large volumes of results quickly. The software is accessed through any easy-to-understand graphical user interface.
QPSMR is more expensive than some tabulation systems, but it has a powerful set of tools to build banners for cross-analysis, complex variables with any level of filtering. QPSMR will handle the largest projects and is compatible with the powerful MRDCL scripting language, which is widely used by data processing professionals.
QPSMR is, however, priced and capable of handling more complex surveys and analysis than many more expensive tools. The QPSMR CATI system for telephone interviews offers excellent value and can be used by less skilled staff using less expensive hardware than any other CATI product as far as we know.
